New material Italian Lombardia DWR which can wick inside yet is water repellent on the outside. They are designed to both insulate and manage moisture buildup. They easily fit into a back jersey pocket and easy to throw on at the top of climbs for long, cool descents.

The standard advice is to wear tights, knee or leg warmers when the temperature is 65F degrees (18C) or lower. Covering up protects your knees and keeps your muscles warm.
