A World Sub-Champion , Ignacio Prado , for SEP San Juan 2017

Sub-champion of the track world and winner of the Pan-American gold medal in time trial, the Mexican cyclist Ignacio Prado joined the Argentine team SEP San Juan Public Employees to bring speed and power in massive packaging to the CUYC UCI Continental this season was established as one of the best in the country.

At the age of twenty-three, Ignacio Prado also won two Mexican titles and the silver medal in both the individual time of the Toronto Pan American Games in Toronto in Canada and the scratch of this season's World Cup in the English velodrome of London.

With international experience after competing in the world championships of cycling of route of Ponferrada 2014 in Spain and Richmond 2015 in the United States, Prado participated of intensive training in the school of UCI International Ciclística Union in Switzerland where it took possession of the bronze in the scratch of the Grand Prix Velodromes Romands in the Swiss town of L'Aigle.

"It's a major challenge, it's my first team abroad and it represents a lot because it's a dream come true, I really like the route, it's the mother of the races, I'm passionate about it," Prado said when joining the Argentine continental team SEP San Juan who heads a national champion turned coach, Juan Jose Haedo, who will transmit his knowledge acquired over a decade in the European professional circuit.
